    My brother-in-law has been recently jailed for repeat DWI [no injuries to anyone else; just crashed his own car after driving with a suspended license]. He has an ex-wife [who has stuck by him to support him despite his abusive post-alchohol behavior towards her and his two adult children]. Is there any prison ministry in the Essex County, New Jersey jail system? My BIL is not a believer, but I think he’s down far enough to be ready to receive the hope of Christ.
